摘　　要：教师成长档案袋迎合新时期的教师专业发展理念,对促进教师专业发展有着积极的意义。教师成长档案袋的建设有助于教师与管理者之间及教师同行之间沟通交流,可帮助教师成长为反思型、研究型教育实践者,突出并升华教师自己的教学风格,调动教师的教学研究积极性,增加教师的职业幸福感。Teacher portfolio goes along with the modern concept of and plays a significant role in promoting the professional development of teachers. Teacher portfolio not only can improve the communication between teachers and their administrators as well as between teachers themselves, but also can highlight and distill teachers' teaching style, motivate teachers' enthusiasm of teaching and researching, help teachers to become more reflective and research-oriented, and increase teachers' sense of happiness as professional educators.
