新疆南疆红枣花腐病病原鉴定

摘　　要：从新疆南疆红枣主要种植区采集典型红枣花腐病花朵,依据柯赫氏法则进行分离、纯化、回接和再分离,证明获得的分离物是花腐病的致病菌。对获得的分离物形态特征和培养性状进行观察,并将代表菌株的18SrDNA-ITS、EF-1α、β-tubulin及ACT 4个基因进行测序和序列分析,初步将红枣花腐病的病原菌鉴定为交链格孢菌Alternaria alternata(Fries)Keissle。The typical disease samples of jujube flowers rot were collected from mainly jujube cultivat- ed areas in southern Xinjiang. The pathogen were isolated, back-inoculated and re-isolated by Koch＇s postulates. Based on the morphology of isolates, culture shapes and 18S rDNA-ITS, EF-1α, β-tubulin and ACT four gene sequence analysis, the pathogen was identified as Alternaria alternata （Fries） Keissle.
