金匮肾气丸加减对大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药金匮肾气丸加减治疗大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法取SD雄性大鼠80只,随机分为金匮肾气丸组、前列通瘀胶囊组、模型组、假手术组,金匮肾气丸组采用金匮肾气丸加减治疗,前列通瘀组采用前列通瘀胶囊治疗,模型组和假手术组不予治疗,测定各组大鼠治疗前后前列腺组织中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)水平变化。结果与其他组比较金匮肾气丸加减能显著降低TNF-α和IL-10水平(P均<0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸加减治疗大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎效果较好。Objective It is to observe the effect of Jinkui Shenqi Pill on rat with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis,and approach the mechanism.Methods 80 male SD rats were randomly divided into Jinkui Shenqi Pill group,Qianlie Tongyu capsules group,model group and sham operation group,the rats were treated with Jinkui Shenqi Pill in Jinkui Shenqi Pill group,and with Qianlie Tongyu capsules in Qianlie Tongyu capsules group,no treated for sham operation group and model group.Then the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 of Rats in each group were observed before and after treatment.Results The levels of TNF-α and IL-10 were reduced by Jinkui Shenqi Pill markedly than the others （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Jinkui Shenqi Pill has better effect in treating the rats with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.
