摘  要:目的探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因蛋白(Kiss-1)、金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达与微血管密度(MVD)的相关性。方法收集NSCLC组织标本68例,采用免疫组化SP法检测Kiss-1、MMP-2和VEGF的表达情况,观察MVD(CD34标记)。结果 NSCLC组中Kiss-1、MMP-2和VEGF阳性率和MVD值均高于正常对照组(P均<0.05);Kiss-1、MMP-2和VEGF阳性表达均与NSCLC的临床分期、有无淋巴结转移相关;在NSCLC组织中Kiss-1和MMP-2,Kiss-1和VEGF表达呈负相关;NSCLC组中Kiss-1、MMP-2和VEGF阳性者的MVD值与其阴性者存在显著性差异(P<0.05),在有无淋巴结转移者中Kiss-1、MMP-2和VEGF阳性者的MVD值有显著性差异(P<0.05),Kiss-1和MMP-2的表达与MVD值存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Kiss-1、MMP-2和VEGF在NSCLC发生和转移中可能起重要作用,Kiss-1、MMP-2和VEGF与NSCLC的浸润转移密切相关,可作为预后的判断指标。Objective It is to approach the correlation of Kiss-1,MMP-2 and VEGF in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with microvessel density (MVD).Methods The expression of Kiss-1,MMP-2,VEGF and MVD labeled by CD34 in 68 cases of NSCLC were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results The positive expression rates and MVD of Kiss-1,MMP-2 and VEGF in NSCLC were markedly higher than that in control (all P <0.05),the positive expressions of Kiss-1,MMP-2 and VEGF were related to clinical stage of NSCLC and lymph node metastasis.The positive expressions of kiss-1,MMP-2 and VEGF in NSCLC were related with each other (all P <0.05).The MVD in NSCLC with positive expression of Kiss-1,MMP-2 and VEGF in NSCLC was significantly different from that with negative expression (all P <0.05),there were significant difference in there positive expression between with and without lymph node metastasis (all P <0.05),the expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-2 in NSCLC were positively correlated with MVD (all P < 0.05).Conclusion Kiss-1,MMP-2 and VEGF may play an important role in the occurrence and metastasis of NSCLC,they are closely related with infiltration and metastasis of NSCLC,it can be used as prognostic markers.
