摘  要:目的:比较研究4种含雄黄中成药中酸可溶性重金属和总重金属的含量。方法:采用人工胃液对4种中成药进行样品前处理,并采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)分别测定含雄黄中成药中As、Hg、Cd和Pb等重金属的含量。结果:4种中成药中As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Mn、Pb、Sr和Zn的总含量远高于其在人工胃液中的含量,在经人工胃液处理后,Zn、Cu和Pb全部或部分未检出。结论:以上结果为更加科学地评价中成药对人体健康的影响提供了依据。同时提示可溶性重金属含量限度可作为含矿物中成药的质控指标之一。Objective : To compare the acid - soluble heavy metals and total heavy metal in four kinds of Chinese patent medicines containing realgar. Methods : Using artificial gastric juice for pre - treatment of the four kinds of proprietary Chi- nese medicines, the heavy metal contents like Hg, Cd, and Pb were determined by ICP - OES. Results : The contents of to- tal heavy metals were more than acid - soluble heavy metals in the four kinds of Chinese patent medicines. Zn, Cu and Pb were not detected whole or in part. Conclusions : These results provide the data base for more scientific evaluation of pro- prietary Chinese medicines on human health. Meantime, the contents of acid - soluble heavy metals may be taken as one of the items of quality control for medicines.
