摘　　要：阐释土地集约利用内涵以及对当代中国城镇化发展的重要意义,在分析中国城镇化进程中土地利用现状的基础上,指出土地利用过程中存在土地规划方案落实不到位、土地利用粗放、城市土地利用结构布局不合理、城市建筑容积率低、土地使用政策制度不健全等问题,并有针对性的提出政策建议。This paper analyzes the connotation of intensive land use and the importance of the development of contemporary China＇ s urbanization. On the basis of the analysis of the land use in the process of urbanization, it pointed out the existence of many problem, such as：land planning program not being implemented, extensive land use, the irrational structure of urban land use, the low volume rate of city building, the poor policies and systems of land use. Then the paper gives the targeted policy recommendations
