摘　　要：应用数学方法评价安氏II类1分类下颌后缩患者磁力twinblock功能矫治后审美平面的改变;对鼻尖点、上唇突点、下唇突点、软组织颏前点治疗前后进行数学分析与定量描述.研究认为磁力twinblock矫治改善II类下颌后缩患者软组织侧貌的主要机理在于审美平面发生了逆时针旋转,为正畸医师做出合理的矫治设计提供理论依据.After Functional Treatment with the Twinblock Appliance using applied mathematics method to assess the changes of aesthetic plane of Class Ⅱ Division 1 malocclusion and mandibular retrusion.To make a mathematical analysis and quantitatively describe Pn、Ls、Li、Pg＇ before and after treatment.This study indicated the main mechanism of which the Twinblock appliance improve soft tissue profile of Class Ⅱ Division 1 malocclusion and mandibular retrusion is that the aesthetic plane has a counterclockwise rotation.It can be a theoretical reference for designing rational appliance.
