青少年百米定向赛技术要点分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对2012年河南省青少年定向越野锦标赛和定向越野冠军赛16岁组、18岁组和21岁组的百米定向赛进行了分析和研究,得出当前百米定向赛的技术要点和比赛规律,为日常的百米定向赛训练提供相应的建议,也为更好开展定向越野比赛,提供理论指导和参考依据.Using literature method, interview method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, 2012 Henan province Orienteering Championships and youth Orienteering Championships in 16 years old group, 100 meters race oriented 18 group and the 21 group are analyzed and studied. Then we summarize technical points of the 100 meter orienteering competition and competition law. The main aims of this research is to provide some suggestions for the 100 meter Orienteering Training and theoretical guidance or reference.
