摘 要:以不同砧型的弧形砧为研究对象,利用Deform-3D有限元模拟软件对车轴锻件的拔长过程进行了数值模拟研究,分析了不同砧型的弧形砧对拔长效率的影响。研究表明:随着弧形砧的圆弧半径R减小、圆弧所对应的圆心角θ增大,拔长效率增加,所需的最大锻造力也增大。相同工况下,使用带预成形段型弧形砧比使用普通弧形砧对设备的吨位要求更低,且能保持较高的拔长效率,适用范围更广。The numerical simulation of stretching process of axle forgings which studied on different types of arc anvils was carried out by Deform-3D professional forging simulation software. The influences of anvil types on the efficiency of stretching with arc anvil were analyzed. The results show that both of the efficiency of stretching with arc anvil and the maximum forging force increase as the arc radius of arc anvil decreases and the central angle increases. Under the same condition, lower tonnage is required for the equipment when stretching by the arc anvil with the preforming part than stretching by ordinary arc anvil. Stretching by the arc anvil with the preforming part not only can keep high efficiency of stretching, but also has a wider range of application.
