摘 要:在轧制过程中,由于存在轧制横向非对称因素,容易产生轧件中心线偏离轧机中心线的跑偏现象。跑偏会引起铝带拉断、卷取不对中等问题。针对跑偏现象,根据跑偏数学模型,提出采用模糊控制方法对跑偏过程进行控制。模糊控制器采用跑偏量及其变化率为输入量,辊缝差为调整量,采用经验法构建模糊规则,并利用MATLAB软件构建模糊控制器,对工业现场参数数据进行仿真实验,验证模糊控制纠偏的合理性。Deviation of the center line for rolled piece from the center line of rolling mill is easily generated in rolling process because of transverse unsymmetrical factors of rolling. It loads to the problems of aluminum strip snap, winding misalignment, and so on. For the deviation phenomenon, the fuzzy control method was used to control the deviation process based on deviation mathematic model. Using the deviation value and its change rate as the input, the roll gap difference as the adjustment, the fuzzy rule was built by experience method, and the fuzzy control model was built based on MATLAB software. Furthermore, the simulation based on rolling operating data on the industrial scene was conducted to validate the accuracy of this deviation control model.
