摘　　要：目的：探讨 Pfna 治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的短期疗效。方法应用股骨近端防旋型髓内钉（Pfna）治疗股骨粗隆间骨折21例，从手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症、术后髋关节功能评分方面进行分析。结果所有患者均骨性愈合，平均愈合时间12.7周，平均手术时间65分钟，术中平均出血量110ml，无内固定松动，髋关节优良率100%。结论 Pfna 治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有操作简单,出血少,手术时间短,固定可靠,尤其适用于老年患者的股骨粗隆间骨折。Objective Short term efficacy of intertrochanteric fracture and to investigate the role of PFNA in treatment of femoral. Methods The proximal femoral nail anti rotation （PFNA） in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in 21 cases, the operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative complications, postoperative hip function score analysis. Results all patients were healed, the average healing time of 12.7 weeks, the average operation time was 65 minutes, mean intraoperative blood loss was 110ml, and no internal fixation loosening of hip joint, the excellent and good rate was 100%. Has the advantages of simple operation, less bleeding. Conclusion PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fracture, operation time is short, reliable fixation, especially suitable for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.
