摘　　要：就生态环境保护和重建的系统意义、生态危机的产生原因、生态重建的结构制约性、生态重建与社会经济的协同发展、生态重建的六大支撑体系加以讨论 。The authors discussed the systematic meaning of the protection and re building of eco evironment system, the causes of eco crisis, structural restrictiveness of the re building of eco evironnment system, synergetic development of the re building of eco environment and social economy system, six supporting systems of eco enviroment re building, and explained the systematicness of the protection and re building of eco environment system and the restrictiveness of complex causes.
