摘　　要：提出了区域可持续发展水平和能力指标体系 ,给出了单项评价、权重确定和综合评价 .根据1998年统计数据 ,对甘肃省临夏州 7县 1市的可持续发展水平进行了评估 ,并简述了发展对策 .The level and capability index system of sustainable development is put forward.Some new models such as defining index weight with improved AHP,evaluating single index with fuzzy membership function,coordinated coefficient between economy and society,comprehensive evaluation combined with weighted adding and weighted multiplying,etc are given.Then sustainable development level of 8 cities and districts in Linxia in 1998 is evaluated.At last the coordinating countermeasure is given.
