头针配合Bobath技术及运动想象疗法对脑梗死患者运动能力及平衡功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察头针配合Bobath技术及运动想象疗法对脑梗死患者平衡功能及运动能力的影响。方法将47例脑梗死患者随机分为2组,2组均予常规治疗,同时治疗组23例加头针配合Bobath技术及运动想象疗法,对照组24例加Bobath技术。2组治疗14、30 d时运用Fugl-meyer运动功能及平衡功能评分法测定运动功能及平衡能力改善情况。结果 2组治疗后14、30 d Fugl-Meyer运动功能及平衡功能评分与本组治疗前比较均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗后2组组间同期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头针配合Bobath技术及运动想象疗法,能更有效改善脑梗死患者的运动功能和平衡功能障碍,提高日常生活活动能力,从而提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of scalp therapy combined with exercise imagination and Bobath technique on motor ability and balance function of patients with cerebral infarction .Methods 47 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups A.ll patients received conventional drug treatment （ coagula-tion,fibrinolytic ,anti platelet aggregation ,improve cerebral circulation ,anti oxygen free radical and so on ） .Treatment group （ n =23 ） received scalp therapy combined with exercise imagination and rehabilitation training （ Bobath tech-nique ） .24 cases in control group received rehabilitation training .The improvement situation of motor function and bal-ance function were measured by Fugl -meyer motor function score ,Fugl-meyer score of balance function method at 14,30day after treatment.Results The Fugl-meyer motor function and balance function score after treatment were higher than those before treatment in two groups （P＆lt;0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups on the Fugl-meyer motor function and balance function score （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The scalp therapy combined with exercise imagination and rehabilitation training can effectively improve the motor function and balance dysfunction of patients with cerebral infarction ,can enhance ctivities of daily living of patients ,so as to improve the quality of life of the patients .
