摘 要:设计了应用于360~800 Hz飞机变频电力系统、基于矢量坐标变换和电流解耦控制的三相变频输入SPWM高功率因数整流器.用Saber软件进行仿真分析后,以DSP2812和功率IGBT构建了12 kW数字控制样机,介绍了硬件、软件设计.仿真和样机实验结果表明,该整流器在变频供电时,输入电流波形正弦变化,实现了输入高功率因数整流,可为负载提供特性良好的400 V直流电压,设计可行有效.A kind of three-phase pulse width modulation (PWM) high power factor rectifier which could be used in 360 - 800 Hz variable frequency aircraft power system was designed. The rectifier was based on vector transformation in different coordinate systems and input current decoupling control. After simulation analysis in Saber platform, a 12 kW rectifier prototype controlled by DSP2812 was built with a brief introduction of the hardware and software. Input high power factor and provide 400 V DC voltage with good performance, when the frequency of power supply was variable, could be achieved. The simulation results and the experiment waveforms prove that this design is feasible and effective.
