摘 要:目的探讨大黄素、苦参素、黄连素和黄芩苷中药提取物对小鼠肝癌移植瘤的作用。方法选用BALB/c小鼠,构建肝癌移植瘤。随机抽取肝癌模型小鼠共105只,用沸水溶解大黄素等中药提取物为不同浓度的药液,隔天对模型小鼠灌胃给药,连续灌胃15次,每种药物每个浓度单独给药。末次灌胃后7 d,分别随机抽取小鼠(每组2只),颈椎脱臼处死,取肝组织,苏木精-伊红染色后观察肝组织病理变化。结果大黄素、苦参素、黄连素和黄芩苷组在浓度128μg/mL时,肝组织癌变明显减少,而五味子组变化不大。结论大黄素、苦参素、黄连素和黄芩苷对肝癌移植瘤有明显的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effect of herbal extracts as emodin, kushenin, berberin, baicalin and schisan- drin on hepatic transplantable tumor of mice. Methods BALB/c mice was selected to construct tumor model. 105 liver cancer model mice were randomly selected to extract different concentrations of liquid from emodin and other herbal extracts by boiling water, then next day the model mice were with intragastrie administration for continuous 15 times, every concentration of each Chinese medicine was used alone. 7 days after the last intragastric administration, mice were randomly selected and killed by cer- vical dislocation to take liver tissue, HE staining was adopted to observe the pathological changes of hepatic tissue confirmation. Results When the concentration in emodin,kushenin,berberine and baicalin group was 128 pLg/mL,cancerous liver tissue de- creased obviously, but the schisandrin group had little change. Conclusion Emodin, kushenin, baicalin and baicalin have obvi- ous inhibitory effect on transplanted hepatoma.
