摘 要:对信阳毛尖不同产区(信阳浉河区、平桥区、光山县)、不同茶树品种[信阳种(XYZ)、乌牛早(WNZ)、福鼎大白茶(FDD)、白毫早(BHZ)]春茶(第1次、第2次)和夏茶(第3次)鲜叶样中养分(N、P、K、S、Ca、Mg)含量进行了调查分析。结果表明,在第1次(磷、钾)、第2次(钾、钙、镁、硫)、第3次(氮、镁)鲜叶样养分含量测定中,XYZ、WNZ、FDD、BHZ 4个茶树品种间存在较大差异,不同品种茶树间同一种养分含量在最高值和最低值之间存在显著或极显著差异。春茶第1次茶鲜叶样中,磷、钾含量以WNZ最高(P 0.66%、K 2.17%),FDD最低(P 0.52%、K 1.72%);夏茶鲜叶样中,FDD茶树鲜叶样N含量(6.40%)最高、Mg含量(0.19%)最低;WNZ中N含量(4.56%)最低、Mg含量(0.22%)最高。此外,不同茶树品种鲜叶样中N、P、K、Ca含量随着采茶次数增加整体呈降低趋势。In this study,nutrient(N,P,K,S,Ca,and Mg) concentrations in the fresh leaves of va- rious Xinyangmaojian tea types EXinyangzhong (XYZ) ,Wuniuzao ( WNZ), Fudingdahaieha ( FDD), Baihaozao(BHZ)] of spring tea(first, second) and summer tea(third) at the main production regions(Shihe, Pingqiao, Guangshan) were analyzed. The results showed that larger differences of nutrient contents]-first(P, K), second(K, S,Ca and Mg), third(N, Mg)2 in the fresh tea leaves existed among XYZ,WNZ,FDD, and BHZ; moreover, significant (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ) differences between the highest value and the lowest value of those nutrients among the various tea types were discovered. P and K concentrations in the fresh leaves of WNZ(P 0.66%,K 2.17%) were the largest in the spring tea(first), (6.40 %) and Mg content of on the contrary, Mg content tionally, with the increase of however,the lowest in FDD(P 0.52%,K 1.72%). N content of FDD WNZ(0.22%) in the fresh leaves in summer tea(third) were larger; of FDD(0. 19%) and N content of WNZ(4.56%) were lower. Addiharvesting times,the trends of N,P,K,and Ca content in fresh leaves of various tea types reduced gradually.
