中国蜂蜜出口应对美国反倾销问题研究

摘　　要：中国近年来频频遭受来自美国发起的反倾销,反倾销的案件数量和税额都在不断增加,这不仅对中美贸易构成严峻的挑战,更是破坏了中国贸易公平竞争的环境。以实证方法分析,通过计量经济学多元线性回归模型,并用E-views软件进行分析,得出了引发美国对中国蜂蜜出口实施反倾销的具体因素,进而论述反倾销给进口方以及出口方所带来的贸易效应(包括调查效应、限制效应、转移效应)以及非贸易效应(包括价格效应、福利效应)。最后,为了蜂蜜产业能够得到相对公平的贸易环境,提出相关合理的意见措施。In recent years, Chinese honey export has been suffering from the United States anti-dumping frequently. The case number of anti-dumping and the amount of tax keeps growing. This situation not only brings serious challenges to Sino-US trade, but also destroys the fair trade competition environment of China. Therefore, this paper comprehensively and thoroughly studies and analyzes the impetus of anti-dumping actions taken by the US concerning China by empirical ways. Then, this paper proposes an econometrics multiple linear regression model and makes an analysis by E-views to get a conclusion about the relation between anti-dumping from the US to China and the quota of Chinese honey export. Furthermore, the paper studies the obvious trade investigation effects, trade inhibiting effects and trade diversion effects. Finally, the paper proposes reasonable suggestions and put forward measures to build a fair competition environment.
