摘　　要：目的观察羟苯磺酸钙治疗视网膜静脉周围炎(Eales病)的效果。方法配对比较缺血期Eales病患者经激光治疗(21例,对照组)和激光治疗配合羟苯磺酸钙治疗(21例,观察组)的效果;同时测定两组患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)和血管内皮素-1(ET-1)水平,比较治疗前后的变化情况。结果激光治疗配合羟苯磺酸钙治疗效果优于单纯激光治疗(P=0.02),经羟苯磺酸钙治疗后,患者血浆NO水平升高(5.33±8.78,P=0.0115),而ET-1水平下降(-4.40±3.59,P=0.000 0)。结论羟苯磺酸钙有助于提高Eales病患者视力,可作为治疗Eales病的有效辅助用药。Objective To observe the clinical effect of calcium dobesilate for retinal periphlebitis （Eales dis- ease）. Methods The medical records of 21 patients with retinal periphlebitis in ischemia phase who underwent com- bined calcium dobesilate and laser treatment, and another 21 patients with the same condition who were given laser treatment only were reviewed. The level of plasma nitric oxide （NO） and vascular endothelin 1 （ET-1） were measured and compared before and after treatment. Results The effect of both calcium dobesilate and laser treatment were better than laser therapy only （ P = 0. 02 ）. After the treatment of calcium dobesilate, patients treated with calcium dobesilate and laser treatment showed a rapid increase in the level of plasma NO （5.33 ± 8.78 ,P = 0.011 5 ） , and a obvious de- crease in the level of vascular ET-1 （ - 4. 40 ± 3.59, P = 0. 000 0）. Conclusion Calcium dobesilate combined with la- ser can offer good visual rehabilitation, can be used for the treatment of Eales disease.
