摘  要:介绍了ISG(Integrated starter generator)的系统结构及其起动原理,通过对直流永磁电机的理论分析,设计了一种扭矩大于600 NM的双绕组式稀土永磁ISG及一种可变结构的功率变换拓扑,并建立了双绕组ISG的matlab/simulink模型,利用该模型对该ISG的起动特性进行了防真。仿真结果表明:该双绕组稀土永磁ISG的设计方案及其功率拓扑结构能够满足起动要求。First, the system construction and starting principle of ISG (Integrated starter/generator) were intro-duced, and then, the matlab/simulink model of the ISG with double windings was established based upon the theoretical analysis on the PM dc motor. On this base, a kind of rare earth PM ISG with double windings and variable structural power convertor were developed, capable of outputting more than 600 Nm torque. The starting simulation was done by this matlab/simulink model of the ISG, results showed this design and its power convertor could meet with starting requirement.
