摘　　要：在就业问题日益突出的背景下,大学生创业已经成为全社会关注的焦点,引起了国家和政府的高度重视。而目前我国大学生创业的显著问题是创业率低,创业成功率不高。这一问题由多种因素造成,国家促进大学生创业政策的力度不大,高校创新创业教育的缺失,社会经济环境的不景气,毕业生本人创业意识及创业能力不强,都直接导致大学生创业率低下。促进大学生创业是一个复杂的系统工程,需要政府、高校、社会和毕业生自身四方的协同,而其中政府和高校应有更多的责任和担当。Undergraduates’ entrepreneurship has become the focus of the whole society which has aroused our country and government highest attention since the employment problem became more difficult.While very low entrepreneurship rate and low successful rate have become the most obvious problems.There are severl factors can influence the low employment rate： The country’ s enhancement is not enough, the university innovation and entrepreneurship education is not applied, the bad economy environment, low Innovation consciousness and inovation ability of the students.To enhance university students employment is a very complex system which need us to harmonize the government, university, society and students, but the government and university should take more responsibilities.
