摘　　要：介绍了"一站式"管理服务的内涵及其国内发展现状,分析了"一站式"管理服务在促进读者提高信息素养方面的作用,提出了"一站式"管理服务中实施信息素养教育的新策略。This paper describes the connotation of one-stop management and service and its current development status in China, analyzes the functions of library＇s one-stop service in promoting the improvement of readers＇ information literacy, and puts forward some new strategies for implementing the information literacy education in one-stop management and service.
