高校科技查新工作中的若干问题及对策

摘　　要：随着高校图书馆服务范围的扩大及文献保障能力的提高,科技查新工作推动教学、科研及地方企业科技创新的作用越来越明显,使得科技查新服务成为高校图书馆对外服务的主要窗口。但是在科技查新实践中也出现了一些亟待解决的问题,例如高校科技查新委托不明确导致高峰期查新效率低下、查新咨询专家制度流于形式、地方高校查新机构国内外查新比例偏低等问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策。With the expansion of university library＇s service range and the improvement of the literature guarantee ability, it is more and more obvious that the novelty retrieval promotes teaching, scientific research and technological innovation of ente^larises. The sci-tech novelty retrieval service has become the main window of university library＇ s service for the society. However, in the sci-tech novelty retrieval practice some problems need to be addressed have appeared, such as the efficiency of novelty retrieval in rush hours is lower caused by that the entrustment content of sci-tech novelty retrieval is undefined, the novelty retrieval consultancy expert system becomes a mere formality, and the proportion between domestic and foreign novelty retrieval in the novelty retrieval organizations of local universities is lower, etc., and puts forward some corresponding solutions based on these problems.
