摘　　要：目的:通过对昆山市卫生监督机构人员配置情况的调查,分析人员配置结构及问题,为建立一支适应卫生监督体系建设现代化要求的队伍提供科学依据。方法:通过调查表,对昆山市卫生监督机构从业人员的基本情况进行调查,对得到的调查数据从年龄、学历、职称及所学专业等方面进行统计和分析。结果:昆山市卫生监督人员数量逐年增加,2012年达到150人,其中事业编制占90.21%,人员平均年龄为34.29岁,大专以上学历占92.31%,中级以上职称占44.06%,预防医学专业和法学专业分别占84.62%和33.57%,全市卫生监督人员综合素质评分平均得分为7.76分。结论:昆山市卫生监督人员以年富力强的中青年为主,年龄结构较为合理,学历水平较高,专业构成和职称分布较为合理,监督人员整体综合素质水平较高,但人员总量相对不足。建议进一步增加人员配置,加强培训,建设成一支高素质的复合型卫生监督队伍。Objective： Through the investigation of Health Supervision staff allocation in Kunshan city, to provide scientific basis for the establishment of a modernization health supervision team. Methods： Design health supervision agency staff questionnaires, to investigate all practitioners in the health supervision institutions, the survey data obtained were analyzed statistically according to age, educational background, professional title and speciahy. Results： The number of the health supervision staff had increased year by year in Kunshan, and reached 150 in 2012 , of which the individuals recruited by public institutions accounted for 90.21%, average age is 34.29 years old, college education accounted for 92.31%, intermediate professional titles or above accounted for 44.06%, majoring in preventive medicine and law majors accounted for 84.62% and 33.57%, the comprehensive quality of health supervision staff average score was 7.76 points. Conclusion： The health supervision staff was mainly to be in the full vigour of life in youth, age structure is more reasonable, higher education level, profes- sional title structure and distribution more reasonable, high overall quality of the overall level of supervision personnel, but the total number is relative small. Suggestions for further increases in staffing, training, building a high-quality -- composite health supervision team.
