摘 要:目的:了解昆山市卫生监督机构人员教育和培训的现状。方法:设计卫生监督机构人员调查表,对2006~2012年昆山市卫生监督机构从业人员教育和培训情况进行调查。结果:昆山市卫生监督人员人均培训31.91学时/年,其中2011年人均培训最多,为54.33学时;在培训内容上,综合性培训和法律法规知识等执法基础培训学时数最多,分别占49.03%和28.92%;培训形式以本单位培训为主,培训人次和培训学时分别占87.69%和48.81%。结论:2006—2012年昆山市卫生监督人员培训力度不断加强,培训学时呈逐年递增趋势。培训内容和形式灵活多样,全面提升监督员综合素质。建议进一步加大卫生监督人员培训力度,增加专业知识培训学时数,全面提高卫生监督员执法能力和综合素质水平。Objectives: To know the status of personnel education and training in Kunshan Health Supervision institutions. Methods: Design health supervision agency staff questionnaires, to investigate practitioners' educa tion and training in the health supervision institutions between 2006-2012, and statistical analyse the survey data obtained. Results: Health supervisors attend training 31.91 hours per year in Kunshan, which per capita training was most in 2011, for 54.33 hours; seen from the training content, comprehensive training and knowledge of laws and regulations and other law enforcement training hours at most, accounting for 49.03% and 28.92% respectively; the main form of training was the training organized by own institution, the number of training and training hours respectively accounted for 87.69% and 48.81%. Conclusions: From 2006 to 2012, the health supervision institutions' personnel training had been strengthened, training hours showed an increasing trend year by year. The training content and forms were diversity, which improved the comprehensive quality of supervisors. Suggestions to further increase the personnel training intensity, increase more professional knowledge training hours, and improve the ability of law enforcement of health supervisors and the comprehensive quality level.
