摘  要:目的:通过研究脑室内血肿动物模型的制作方法,为神经内镜技术的培训提供较理想的疾病模型。方法:将60头实验用猪平均分为3组,分别采用CT定位下脑室穿刺自体血注入法、超声引导下脑室穿刺自体血注入法、神经内镜下脉络丛动脉切断法制作脑室内血肿疾病模型。通过对比3种方法的优缺点,确定一种操作简单、适宜培训的模型制作方法。结果:CT定位下脑室穿刺自体血注入法的成功率为90%(18/20),超声引导下脑室穿刺自体血注入法成功率为65%(13/20),神经内镜下脉络丛动脉切断法成功率为15%(3/20)。结论:CT定位下脑室穿刺自体血注入法制作脑室内血肿动物模型成功率较高,可重复性强,可为培训神经内镜技术提供较理想的疾病模型。Objective: To investigate the manufacturing methods of intraventricular hemorrhage animal model, and provide an i- deal animal model for the training of neuroendoscope. Methods:Sixty pigs were separated into three groups, one group of animal model was established by injecting auto-blood into the ventricles under CT, the second group under ultrasound, and the third group of swine model was established by cutting the choroid plexus artery through neuroendoscope. The pros and cons of three methods were compared in order to select a method that is easy and suitable for the training. Results:The success rates of the three groups were 90% (18/20), 65% (13/20) and 15% (3/20) respectively. Conclusions:The success rate of injecting auto-blood into the ventricles under CT is high- er than the other two methods, and this method has good repeatability. So it can provide an ideal model for the training of neuroendo- scope.
