摘  要:探讨超声温度成像中回波时移图像和背向散射能量(CBE)图像的可靠性。准备四块猪肝作为样本,利用射频消融系统加热3 min,并在组织样本的正前方放置红外成像仪,作为温度成像的参考,观看其回波时移图像和CBE成像,以此来评估两种超声成像方法在可靠性。实验结果表明超声回波时移图像仅当温度在45℃温度以下时,才可准确反映消融区域,CBE图像在整个加热过程中一直表现良好的优势,比超回波时移图像稳定性更好,可以作为描述温度分布场的参考工具。This study aims to evaluate the reliability of ultrasound echo shift image and changes in the backscattered energy(CBE) image in describing the temperature profile in a tissue.Four porcine liver samples were ablated by using a RFA system and monitored by an ultrasound system to acquire raw backscattered data for temperature imaging.Meanwhile,an infrared thermometry was used to obtain the practical temperature profile in the tissue.The results showed that the temperature distribution detected by the ultrasound echo shift image agreed well with that obtained from the infrared image when the temperature was smaller than 45 ℃,however,the CBE image was consistent with the real temperature during all the heating time.Ultrasound CBE imaging is more applicable than echo shift imaging as a tool to describe the temperature distribution in a tissue during RFA is suggested.
