近5年寒凝血瘀证动物模型实验研究进展

摘　　要：为建立稳定的寒凝血瘀证动物模型,全面检索了近5年有关寒凝血瘀证实验研究的相关文献,从实验动物的选择、造模方法及评价指标、寒凝血瘀证疾病动物模型的建立、不同干预方法对寒凝血瘀证模型的实验研究等几个方面进行总结分析,结果寒凝血瘀证尚无理想的模型平台,实验动物相对单一,造模方法有待完善,机理研究不够深入,干预方法比较局限,因此需要建立符合中医证候和临床实际的寒凝血瘀证动物模型平台以促进进一步的研究。To establish stable animal model of blood stasis with the syndrome of cold accumulation, the author comprehensively retrieved the related articles of experimental research in recent five years and made a conclusion and analysis from the aspects of experimental animal selection, model replicating method, the evaluation index, the establishment of animal model of blood stasis with the syndrome of cold accumulation and experimental research effect of different intervention methods on the model of blood stasis with the syndrome of cold accumulation. The results show that there is no ideal platform for the animal model of blood stasis with the syndrome of cold accumulation.The limitations are as follows：Relatively single selection of experimental animals, imperfection of replicating method of animal model, relatively superficial mechanism study and limitation of interven- tion methods. Therefore, we need to establish the animal model of blood stasis with the syndrome of cold accumulation platform which is in line with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical practice so as to promote the further study.
