摘　　要：乳酸菌作为动物肠道的正常菌群,在维持动物肠道的微生态平衡和调节动物代谢方面发挥重要作用。本文总结了乳酸菌体外和体内对胆固醇的降解机制,并结合影响胆固醇降解效率的因素,阐述了其在动物生产中的应用效果及可能出现的问题,为其进一步研究及应用提供理论指导。Lactic acid bacteria, as the normal bacteria in the intestine, plays an important role in maintaining microbial flora balance of the intestine and regulating the metabolism of animals.In this paper ,the mechanisms for cholesterol degradation in vitro and in vivo by lactic acid bacteria were summarized.Some factors affecting the efficiency of cholesterol degradation, and some studies in animals and the possible problems are presented and discussed, which will provide references for its further research and application.
