师范院校大一新生心理健康状况的分析

摘　　要：目的:调查师范一年级学生心理健康状况,分析其心理健康特点,为学校有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某师范大学一年级学生进行普测,有效样本9339份。结果:(1)在总分超过160的大学生有1191名,占12.8%;(2)大学生出现的心理问题依次是强迫(25.5%)、人际关系敏感(19。2%)、偏执(11.2%)、抑郁(9.8%)、焦虑(9.4%)、敌对(8.9%)、恐怖(7.9%)、精神病性(7.0%)以及躯体化(3.8%)。各因子均分都显著低于全国常模(P<0.01);(3)性别上,男生在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病8因子上的均分都显著低于女生(P<0.05或P<0.01);(4)年级上,2011级学生在躯体化、人际敏感、焦虑、恐怖、偏执和精神病6因子上的均分都显著低于2012级学生(P<0.01);(5)在学科分类上,文科的学生在强迫、人际敏感和精神病3因子各自均分显著低于理工科的学生(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:师范院校大一新生心理健康状况整体良好,但女生、理工科学生心理健康水平相对较低,须引起一定的重视。Objective To Survey on mental health status of the junior students in normal university and analyzes the features of mental health,it＇s in order to carry effectively out mental health education. Methods Symptom Checklist90 （ SCL-90 ） was applied to the junior students from Normal University,9339 students were valid. Results The score of SCL-90 past 160 students has 1191, accounting for 12.8%. Students＇psychological problems were Obsessive-compulsive symptoms （25.5 % ）, interpersonal sensitivity （ 19.2% ） ,paranoid （ 11.2% ） ,depression （9.8%） ,anxiety （9.4%） ,hostility （8.9%） ,terrorism （7.9 % ） ,psychosis （7.0%） and somatization （3.8%）. the low students from Anhui Normal University had significantly lower each mean score of all factors than the corresponding national norm of China （P 〈 0.01 ） ;Male students had significantly lower each mean score of eight factors than female students （P 〈 0.05orP 〈 0.01 ） ;Freshman had significantly lower each mean score of six factors than Sophomore（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;Arts students had significantly lower each mean score of three factors than science ＆ engineering students （P 〈 0.05orP 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The level of mental health of low students from Anhui Normal University is well, but the level of mental health of female students and science ＆ engineering students is lower than the others, it should be drawn attention.
