摘　　要：目的探讨肺黏膜相关淋巴组织(MALT)淋巴瘤的CT表现,提高对该病的诊断及鉴别诊断能力。方法回顺性分析金坛市人民医院、常州市第一人民医院及复旦大学附属中山医院2007年1月至2013年2月间收治并经病理确诊的肺MALT淋巴瘤的CT影像资料7例。结果 7例肺MALT淋巴瘤中共检出肺实变、肿块、结节、磨玻璃影病灶13个,病灶单发4例,多发3例;多发病例均为双肺多发。肺实变2例共5个病灶,其内均可见空气支气管征(Ⅲ型);肺肿块或结节影4例共5个病灶,均无毛刺征,可见空气支气管征(Ⅲ型3例及Ⅴ型2例),增强后呈中等均匀强化;磨玻璃影1例共3个病灶。1例患者伴纵隔淋巴结肿大。1例患者伴有胸腔积液。结论肺MALT淋巴瘤CT常表现为伴Ⅲ及Ⅴ型空气支气管征的单发/多发性肺肿块或结节影、肺实变或磨玻璃影;结合相对缓慢的病变过程可提示MALT淋巴瘤的诊断。Objective To discuss CT manifestations of pulmonary mucosa associated lymphoid tissue （MALT） lymphoma Methods CT findings of 7 cases with pathologically proven pulmonary MALT lymphoma were reviewed retrospectively. Results Multiple and solitary lesions were detected in 3 and 4 patients, respectively. Of those patients with multiple pulmonary lesions, all were bilateral. 5 lesions of pulmonary consolidation were identified in 2 patients, and air bronchus sign （ type Ⅲ） were all found in all lesions. 5 lesions of pulmonary mass or nodule with no spicule sign were indentified in 4 patients, and air bronchus sign （type Ⅲ ） were found in 3 lesions and that of type Ⅴ were found in 2 lesions. The homogenously moderate enhancement was showed in these lesions with mass or nodule pattern. 3 lesions of ground glass opacity were indentified in 1 patient. The mediastinal lymph node enlargement was found in 1 patient. The plural effusion was displayed in 1 patient. Conclusion Pulmonary MALT lymphoma usually appears as solitary/multiple consolidations, masses, nodules with air bronchogram （type Ⅲ or Ⅴ） or lesions with ground glass opacity on CT imaging, CT findings combined with indolent clinical course may suggest the diagnosis of pulmonary MALT lymphoma.
