摘  要:目的探讨地佐辛复合舒芬太尼在三叉神经痛射频毁损中的作用效果。方法对功能神经外科实施神经导航三叉神经痛射频毁损手术患者给予地佐辛复合舒芬太尼麻醉。结果应用地佐辛复合舒芬太尼麻醉的患者均顺利完成手术,术中血流动力学及呼吸频率及血氧饱和度维持良好,且无麻醉相关并发症发生。结论应用地佐辛复合舒芬太尼麻醉安全、有效,能够提供有效的镇痛及适度的镇静,术中患者能够有效配合手术,无躁动,在功能神经外科实施神经导航三叉神经痛射频毁损手术的麻醉管理方面存在巨大优势。Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine combined with sufentanil in tri- geminal neuralgia radiofrequency ablation, especially for elderly patients. Methods The elderly patients given dezocine combined with sufentanil anesthesia for the implementation of navigation trigeminal nerve radiofrequency ablation surgery in functional neurosurgery. Results All patients underwent navigation trigeminal nerve radiofrequency ablation surgery successfully, applied dezo- cine combined with sufentanil anesthesia. The hemodynamic and respiratory rate maintain stable. The oxygen saturation remains normal. No anesthesia--related complications occurred during the operation. Conclusion Dezocine combined with sufentanil anesthesia is safe, effective protocol and can provide effective analgesic and moderate sedation for navigation trigeminal nerve radiofre- quency ablation surgery.
