摘　　要：早期声门型喉癌通常是指Tis-T2病变且无颈淋巴结及远处转移。近年来,早期声门型喉癌的治疗有了进一步的发展,在常规治疗即放射治疗、手术治疗、化学治疗的基础上出现了射频消融、光动力治疗、生物靶向治疗、激光治疗和综合治疗等。现就早期声门型喉癌治疗方法及进展对国内外相关文献进行综述。Early - stage glottic carcinoma usually refers to Tis-T2 stage lesions without cervical lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. In recent years, treatment of early-stage glottic carcinoma has made further development, and such new methods as radiofrequency ab- lation（RFA）, photodynamic therapy（PDT）, biological target therapy, laser treatment and comprehensive therapy have been intro- duced to supplement traditional therapies such as radiation therapy, surgery and chemotherapy. In this paper, related literatures both at home and abroad on early-stage glottic careinoma treatment were reviewed and discussed.
