摘  要:目的:致密填塞动脉瘤是防止复发的关键因素之一,精确测量动脉瘤体积成为首要问题。方法:利用DSA三维数字成像VRT后处理技术,精确测量动脉瘤体积。结果:利用体外球囊体积测量,VRT与实际结果吻合率99%;传统模拟测量误差大于50%;199例患者221个动脉瘤采用VRT测量,长期随访结果其复发率6.21%,明显低于文献报道。结论:VRT可以精确计算动脉瘤体积,为致密填塞动脉瘤提供了基础。Purpose: It is important to reduce the recurrence rate for coiled aneurysm and the primary issue is accurate measurement of the aneurysm' s volume. Methods: VRT was used for accurate measurement of aneurysm' s volume by DSA with 3-D digital imaging post-processing technology. Re- sults: The accurate rate of VRT in the measurement of the aneurysm' s volume in vivo was 99% when compare with that got from the measurement of control balloon in vitro. One hundred and ninety-nine cases of patients with 221 aneurysms were measured by VRT, the recurrence rate was 6.21% by long-term follow- up, and it was lower than that the literature reported. Conclusion: Aneurysm' s volume can be measured accurately by VRT, and higher packing density for coiled aneurysms can be achieved on the basis of this.
