Objective To analyze the correlation between atopy patch test of food allergen and AD patients' SCORAD scores, clinical classification and serum specific IgE level. Methods One hundred and two AD subjects selected from undergraduate outpatient service from January 2010 to December 2012 were enrolled in the study of atopy patch test regarding five food allergens (egg, milk ,soybean, prawn and wheat). All subjects were also tested with specific serum IgE and with the same five food 'allergens, then the correlation between the results of atopy patch test and AD patients'various clinical indicators was analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference between different groups of SCORAD scores and APT results ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was no statistically significant difference between APT results of intrinsic AD and extrinsic AD ( P 〉 0.05 ). But there was significant difference between slgE level and APT results ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There is no relevance between results of APT and AD's SCORAD scores and clinical classification, but it has relevance with sIgE level.
