脉冲染料激光联合外用咪喹莫特治疗病理性瘢痕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察脉冲染料激光联合外用5％咪喹莫特乳膏治疗病理性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法选择病理性瘢痕患者50例，其中增生性瘢痕22例，瘢痕疙瘩28例。脉冲染料激光参数选择：波长595nm，脉宽1．5ns，能量密度：增生性瘢痕7—9J／em2，瘢痕疙瘩9～13J／cm^2。术后每晚外用5％咪喹莫特乳膏，1次／d，共30d。治疗1次／月，共治疗3次。结果增生性瘢痕患者有效率为100．00％，瘢痕疙瘩患者有效率为64．29％。脉冲染料激光术后联合外用5％咪喹莫特乳膏治疗病理性瘢痕能够取得很好的疗效。结论脉冲染料激光联合外用5％咪喹莫特乳膏治疗病理性瘢痕安全、疗效肯定。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pulsed dye laser combined with 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of pathological scar. Methods Total 50 cases pathological scar patients including 22 cases of hypertrophic scar,28 cases of keloid. Parameters of pulsed dye laser：595nm wavelength, 1.5ns pulse width. Energy density chose ： hypertrophic scar 7～ 9J/cm^2, keloid 9 - 13J/cm^2. After treatment, 5% imiquimod cream was used every night for 30 days. Repeat treatment of laser combined with 5% imiquimod cream every month,total 3 times. Results The total effective rate of hypertrophic scar was 100.00%, the keloid was 64. 29%. Pulsed dye laser combined with 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of pathological scar can achieve very good results. Conclusion Pulsed dye laser combined with 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of pathological scar is safe, efficious and worth trying.
