摘　　要：患者女,14岁。双手足对称性角化性红斑7年。皮肤科情况:双手足对称分布的红色角化性斑片、斑块,以手腕、手背及足背为主。皮损遇水发白。皮损组织病理示:角化过度,棘层肥厚,伴乳头瘤样增生,真皮乳头层血管扩张,真皮浅层血管周围少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:对称性肢端角化病。A 14-year-old female presented with red hyperkeratotie patches and plaques which were symmetriecaly distributed,particularly on the wrists and dorsum of hands and feet. The lesions became whitish immediately after eontaet with water. Histopathology revealed hyperkeratosis, aeanthosis, papillomatous hyperplasia, dilation of the capillaries in tile papillary dermis ,and perivascular lymphoeytic infiltrates in superficial dermis. The final diagnosis was acquired symmetrical aerokeratoderma.
