摘　　要：为了更好地发挥微生物学检测结果在感染病临床诊断中的重要作用,提高微生物检测前标本质量,本文重点介绍《美国感染性疾病微生物学实验室诊断指南》中微生物标本的选择、采集、运输等方法和处理原则,为临床和实验室规范操作提供指导。In order to make the role of microbiology laboratory results in diagnosis of infectious diseases into full play, and improve the quality of the specimen submitted for microbiological testing, this article focuses on the introduction to the methods and procedures of microbiological specimen selection, collection and transport mentioned in a guide to utilization of the microbiology laboratory for diagnosis of infectious diseases,with the intention of serving as a reference to guide physicians and laboratory profes-sionals in standardized practice.
