摘　　要：目的探讨血管紧张素原AGTM235T基因多态性分布情况,比较频数分布在中老年高血压及中老年高血压并抑郁症患者中是否存在差异,研究与中老年高血压及中老年高血压并抑郁症易感性的相关性.方法运用引物序列特异性聚合酶链反应(PCR)及基因测序的方法检测117例高血压患者组及91例高血压并抑郁症患者组、101例健康对照组AGT M235T基因多态性.结果中老年高血压患者组及中老年高血压并抑郁症患者组AGT M235T基因型TT与T等位基因频率与健康对照组AGT M235T TT基因型分布频率具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 AGT基因M235T多态性与中老年高血压及中老年高血压并抑郁症的发病风险具有明显相关性.Objective To investigate the correlation between angiotensinogen gene M235T polymorphism and gerontism hypertension combined with depression. Methods The polymerase chain reaction （PCR） and restriction fragment length polymorphism （RFLP） technique were used to detect the M235T genetic polymorphism in 117 patients with hypertension and 91 patients with hypertension and depression, and 101 healthy subjects without clinical evidence of hypertension and depression.Result The frequency of TT genetype and T allele was higher in group with hypertension and the group with hypertension and depression than that in the control group （ P〈0.05） . Conclusion Angiotensinogen gene M235T polymorphism is significantly correlated with the gerontism hypertension combined with depression.
