摘　　要：目的：观察邻近唇红的唇粘膜侧良性病变切除后邻位瓣修复缺损的临床效果.方法：35例邻近唇红的唇粘膜侧良性病变,沿病变边界稍外侧切除,应用邻位粘膜瓣修复缺损,随访观察术后效果.结果：术后1周所有病例邻位粘膜瓣均一期愈合,唇红部外形无移位、畸形,随访3～12个月,病变未见复发,唇部外观无畸形.结论：唇粘膜邻位组织瓣修复邻近唇红的粘膜缺损,可获得满意美观效果.Objective To observe clinical effect of adjacent mucosa flaps for reconstruction of mucosa defects close to the vermilion after benign lesion being dissected.Methods 35 cases with benign mucosa lesion,which was close to the vermilion border,was dissected around the boundary along with the lateral margin and then transposed adjacent mucosa flap for reconstruction of defected site.And observe its clinical efficacy.Results After one week postoperatively,in all cases wore healed by primary intensions.Follow-up at 3～12 months showed no local recurrence after the excision and no malformation in the vermilion appearance.Conclusion There is satisfactory aesthetic lip appearance with adjacent mucosa flaps for reconstruction of mucosal defects close to the vermilion.
