两种根管糊剂用于一次性根管治疗术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价Cortisomol糊剂与Vitapex糊剂用于一次性根管治疗术后疼痛和远期疗效。方法:将门诊就诊的需做根管治疗的178颗患牙,随机分为Cortisomol糊剂组和Vitapex糊剂组,两组均结合牙胶尖行一次性根管充填术,术后1周检查疼痛发生情况,1年后随访评价两组的远期疗效。结果:两组患者术后1周复诊,Cortisomol糊剂组的疼痛发生率显著低于Vitapex糊剂组(P=0.002),术后随访1年,Vitapex糊剂组的远期临床疗效(98.9%)要显著优于Cortisomol糊剂组(94.4%)(P=0.019)。结论:Cortisomol糊剂对一次性根管治疗术后疼痛的缓解具有良好效果,而Vitapex糊剂适合根尖周病的一次性根管治疗,能够促进根尖周组织的愈合。Objective To evaluate the postoperative pain and the therapeutic effects of one-visit root canal treatment.Methods Patients who required root canal filling terapy were recruited and randomly divided into Cortisomol paste group and Vitapex paste group plus gutta-percha.The pain intensity was evaluated whin 1 week,and the therapeutic effects were assessed after 1 year.Results The pain intensity in Cortisomol paste group was significantly lower than Vitapex paste group（P=0.002）,and the Vitapex paste group showed better effect in periapical periodontitis patients than Cortisomol paste group （P=0.019） after 1 year.Conclusion The Cortisomol paste was more effective to release the postoperative pain,while the Vitapex paste showed better effect in periapical periodontitis patients.
