摘　　要：目的观察乳腺癌CEUS定量分析参数及增强模式与其分子分型的相关性。方法观察60例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌患者CEUS增强模式,记录时间-强度曲线参数值,分析其与乳腺癌病理分子分型的关系。结果各型乳腺癌具有不同CEUS表现。管腔上皮型乳腺癌增强后病灶边缘放射状汇聚率增加(P<0.05);HER2过表达型乳腺癌病灶造影剂灌注缺损率增加(P<0.05)。乳腺癌病灶Ki-67表达情况与梯度、上升支斜率呈正相关(r=0.34,0.26,P均<0.05)。结论乳腺癌CEUS定量分析参数值及增强模式与其分子分型有一定联系,可为临床诊断及个性化治疗乳腺癌提供有价值的信息。Objective To explore the correlations among CEUS parameters and patterns with different molecular subtypes of breast cancer. Methods Sixty patients with breast cancer confirmed by surgical and pathology underwent CEUS, the enhancement patterns and time-intensity curve （TIC） were recorded, and then their correlation with molecular subtypes were statistically analyzed. Results CEUS of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer had some characteristics. In breast cancer of newspeak epithelial subtype, the appeared rate of speculated margins increased （P〈0.05）, while in HER2 expression subtype, the appeared rate of non-uniform perfusion in malignant breast lesions increased （P〈0.05）. There was positive correlation between gradient between start frame and peak frame （Grad）, rising slope （K1）, as well as Ki-67 （r=0.34, 0.26, P〈0.05）. Conclusion CEUS patterns and parameters are related with molecular subtypes of breast cancer, which may provide valuable information for clinical diagnosis and individualized treatment of breast cancer.
