摘  要:目的:研究全反式维甲酸(All-trans Retinoic Acid,ATRA)在头颈部肿瘤和癌前病变临床实验中抗肿瘤效果的个体差异。方法:采用常规剂量和高浓度两种剂量的ATRA处理4种头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)细胞系,观察不同细胞系的生长情况,探索个体差异的机制。结果:4种HNSCC细胞系中JHU-028表现出一定的药物抵抗作用,Cal27、JHU-022和Fadu细胞系对维甲酸有一定敏感性,在常规剂量下的生长抑制率分别为22.6%、28.5%和17.4%。结论:在某些HNSCC中ATRA可以抑制细胞生长,但有的细胞系表现出维甲酸抵抗。不同部位来源的HNSCC细胞系对ATRA细胞生长抑制程度存在反应性差异,为未来个体化治疗HNSCC提供理论依据。Objective: The ability of retinoic acid to modulate cell proliferation was shown on acute leukemia and many other solid tumors both clinically and experimentally. However, the anti-tumor effects were diverse while treating head and neck cancer and precancerous lesions. Method: We treated four different head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HN- SCC) cell lines by all-traMs retinoic acid (ATRA) with both an ordinary dose and a high dose, and measured its effect on cell growth of 4 lines. Result: Three of them showed inhibition on cell proliferation. The inhibition rates were 22.6 %,28.5 % and 17.4 %. However, JHU-028 resisted to ATRA. Conclusion: Some HNSCC cell lines are sensitive to ATRA. Cells with differ- ent background may have diverse response to ATRA. This data provide experimental evidence for potential personalijzed medicine of HNSCC.
