纵裂牙保存治疗135例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨后牙纵裂牙的保存治疗临床效果。方法：收集因后牙纵裂进行保存治疗病例135例，依纵裂的不同情况分别采用拴结固定，冠内或冠外固定及全冠修复的保存方法，治疗后进行随访观察保存治疗的临床效果。结果：治疗后随访1-8年，97例（71．8％）临床效果良好，能正常行使咀嚼功能；18例（13．3％）治疗后效果一般，患牙不敢咬硬物或略有异常感觉；20例（14．5％）治疗后出现牙龈红肿，牙松动，有咬合痛，予以拔除患牙。结论：纵裂牙采用合理的保存治疗方法可获得较好的临床疗效。Objective： to discuss the preservation of vertical carnassial tooth. Method： 135 cases of patients with verti- cal carnassial tooth for preservation were collected. Bolted fixation, internal crown and external crown were used to preserve the vertical carnassial tooth according to different situation. After treatment, the effect of preservation was observed. Result： The patients were followed up for 1-8 years after treatment, 97 （71.8 %） cases achieved good therapeutic effect with normal masticatory function. There are 18 （13.3 %） patients achived normal effect and can not chew hard food or slightly, 20 （14.5 %） cases of tooth were extracted after appearing of gingivitis or looseness of tooth with occlusal pain. Conclusion： Reason- able preservation of vertical carnassial tooth may obtain good effect.
