摘  要:利用十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液分散羟磷灰石和离子液体,替代惯用的有毒汞修饰丝网印刷碳电极.构建新型快速测定痕量铅电化学传感器。选用0.1mol/LHAc—NaAc为支持电解质,用方渡溶出伏安法.优化羟磷灰石与离子液体比例和修饰方法等检测条件。采用常规电感耦合等离子体质谱法验证本方法对实际样本中铅的检测结果。在优化的工作条件下,铅电化学传感器在4~250μg/L质量浓度范围内得到标准曲线.检测限为0.386μg/L(RSN=3);连续5次测定后的相对标准偏差为3.87%。新型快速铅检测电化学传感器与普通的传感器相比.稳定性、灵敏度和安全性都得到有效改善,且准确、经济、易规范,其创新性显著,具广泛的应用潜力。The study replaced the usual toxic mercury with hydroxyapatite and ionic liquid which dispersed in sodi-um dodecyl benzene sulfonate to modify screen-printed carbon electrode, and a novel electrochemical sensor for rapid determination of trace lead was made. The influence of variables, like the proportion of hydroxyapatite to [BMIM]PF6 and the modification were optimized in sodium acetate buffer (0.1 mol/L) by square-wave stripping voltammetry. ICP-MS was used to verify this method determining the lead in tea samples. Under the optimized working conditions, a linear re- sponse ranging from 4 μg/L to 250 μg/L was obtained, the detection limit for lead determination was 0.386 μg/L (RSN) =3. The sensor was evaluated in terms of relative standard deviation (RSD=3.87%) for n=5. This electrochemical sensor for rapid detection of lead effectively improved the sensitivity, stability and security. In addition, it was accurate, inex-pensive and required easy operation. The electrochemical sensor possessed significant innovation and a wide range of ap- plication potential.
