摘　　要：随着医疗保险制度的不断完善和医院信息化建设的快速发展,医院内部信息系统与医疗保险信息系统的数据交互成为必然。针对双方系统在数据类型、业务数据需求等方面各自都存在差异的问题,基于XML和Windows消息机制设计了具备一定通用性的医保代理系统。以医疗自助服务终端为实际运行环境,实现了参保患者就诊数据、资金流动情况等信息在医保系统与医疗自助服务终端间的交互,实际运行状况良好。As the medical insurance system grows continuously and the hospital IT infrastructure develops quickly, data interaction between internal hospital information system and medical insurance information system is inevitable. To address the problems of different data types and specific business data requirements of both systems, an XML and API based medical insurance agent is developed for generic-purpose usages. It runs on a medical self-service terminal to ensure that clinical data and deposit flows in the medical insurance cards of patients can be read and retrieved on both the medical insurance system and self-service terminals.
