摘  要:按照FSAE规定,赛车制动系统要求简单控制,必须有两条液压回路而且每条液压回路必须有独立的储液罐,不允许采用带有助力的制动装置。将制动系统全部采用液压动力制动系统。这种方式作用滞后时间较短、工作压力高,因而主缸尺寸小,使制动器结构简单、质量小、机械效率高。假定附地面附着系数为0.8的情况下,赛车以20km/h制动的情况下计算了赛车的最大减速度和制动距离。对于制动系统的设计和优化具有指导性的意义。According to the FSAE competition rules, the braking system of racing cars should be easily controlled, two hydraulic circuits and two independent resevoirs for each circuit are required, and no power assisting device is allowed. We put hydraulic power braking system into practice, by this mean we have short delay time and high working pressure so that the size of the master cylinder could be small. In this case the brake is constructed easily, having less mass and much more efficient. Assume adhension coefficient was 0.8 and initial speed of braking was 20 km/h, maximum deceleration and braking distance was calculated. This study is helpful for the braking system design of racing car.
