摘  要:选用高粱3个不育系、6个恢复系,按照不完全双列杂交法组配18个杂交组合,对籽粒淀粉含量进行了配合力分析。结果表明,不育系V4A籽粒淀粉含量的一般配合力最高;恢复系N91R和8643变的一般配合力最高。各组合的特殊配合力效应值以V4A×N91R最大,其次是V4A×LR287-2,其中V4A不仅有高的一般配合力,也同时与3个恢复系N91R、LR287-2和8643变产生了高的特殊配合力。对高粱千粒质量与籽粒淀粉含量进行了相关分析,结果表明,两者相关关系不显著,说明高粱籽粒大小与淀粉含量没有关系。Selection of 3 sorghum sterile lines, 6 restorer lines as materials, and according to the method of incomplete diallel, 18 hybrid combinations were crossed, the combining ability analysis on starch content was done. The results showed that, the grain general combining ability of CMS line V4A in starch content was the highest force; the general distribution of restorer lines N91R and Bian8643 was the highest. The SCA effect in the combination of V4AN91R had the maximum value .The second was V4ALR287- 2. V4A not only had high general combining ability, also with 3 recovery of N91R, LR287-2 and Bian8643, had high specific combining ability. This study analyzed the correlation between 1 000 grain weight and starch content in grain sorghum. Results indicate that, 1 000 grain weight and starch content in grain sorghum were not significantly correlated, so that it did not matter with sorghum grain size and grain starch content.
