摘　　要：论述了中国共产党群众路线的形成与发展过程,指出,在不同历史时期,基于世情、国情和党情的不同发展变化,中国共产党人不断地丰富和创新着群众路线的理论内涵和工作实践。这为新形势下科学认知党群、干群关系,进一步增强党和人民群众的血肉联系,切实做好群众工作起到了重大的现实启示作用。The process of the formation and development of the Chinese Communist Party＇s mass line are discussed. With development and change of the basic condition of world, nation and party in different period of history, Chinese communists constantly enrich and innovate theoretical connotation and work practices of the mass line. The mass line made a huge contribution for scientific cognition of the relations between party and masses, cadre and masses, further strengthen the contact between party and masses, and doing the mass work well.
