摘　　要：大学英语教学应融入网络教学,而培养学生的跨文化意识就更需要网络的辅助,这是目前我国大学英语教学改革的必要部分。将从跨文化交际入手,探讨当前大学英语网络教学目标及保障体系,并提出具体改革方案。College english teaching should blend in Internet teaching and cultivating intercuhural consciousness, which are essential for China＇s College English Teaching in Internet Reform. This paper introduces current college English teaching objectives in terms of intercultural communication. And it reveals further reform proposals.
